Job Description

  • Manage construction project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, making adjustments as necessary to align with financial goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and clients.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction upon project completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in construction.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
