Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all project phases.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for future reference and audits.
