Job Description

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, billing, and contract administration
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams
  • Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Conduct site visits and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead project closeout activities, punch lists, and final documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and contracts
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
