Job Description

  • Manage commercial core and shell construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee concrete, structural, and building shell activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and change management processes
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to leadership and clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Core & Shell should have:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • General contractor experience required
  • Strong background in concrete, foundations, and shell construction
  • Commercial or multifamily project experience preferred
  • Florida construction experience required
