Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate subcontractor procurement, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Work closely with field teams to maintain project progress and schedule goals.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Support safe and high-quality project execution.
  • Manage billings, payments, and project financial tracking.
  • Ensure all closeout documentation, warranties, and project records are completed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
