Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Lead commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, cash flow, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, building ownership groups, property managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Direct project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
  • Utilize Procore Project Management and Financial Management tools to oversee project execution and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Conduct job cost analysis and monitor project profitability throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractor management, and project documentation.
  • Communicate project updates effectively to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful delivery of high-end corporate interiors and other commercial renovation projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Rand Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5-10 years of construction industry experience.
  • General contracting experience.
  • Experience managing commercial interiors projects from start to finish.
  • Experience overseeing projects ranging from approximately $1M to $25M+.
  • Strong understanding of job cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Mastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Strong tenure and career stability with current and previous employers.
