• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor budgets and control costs to maintain financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
