• Manage all phases of commercial interior construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address project concerns promptly.
• Lead project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong communication.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
