This candidate will oversee high profile, interior projects and will bea leading voice and provide leadership to each project in their portfolio.

Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations proactively.
  • Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure safety standards are upheld across all project sites.
  • Communicate progress and updates with stakeholders regularly.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
