This candidate will oversee high profile, interior projects and will bea leading voice and provide leadership to each project in their portfolio.

Job Description

Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations proactively.
Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure safety standards are upheld across all project sites.
Communicate progress and updates with stakeholders regularly.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Interiors in NYC/NJ should have:

Experience managing construction projects in New Jersey - including permit filing, submittals, etc
