Our client is an established commercial general contractor specialising in mid- and high-rise construction across South Florida. With a strong pipeline of multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and condominium projects, the company combines entrepreneurial decision-making with the capabilities required to deliver complex urban developments.

Job Description

  • Manage a $70M ground-up mid-rise project from mobilisation through completion
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and cost controls
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Lead client communications and maintain project reporting requirements
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, condominium, or hospitality experience
  • Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ preferred
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, contracts, and construction operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
