Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and permits effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
