Job Description

  • Manage all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project
  • Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting
  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
  • Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure project delivery meets quality, safety, and schedule objectives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
  • Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+ preferred
  • Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling expertise
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms
