They are working in several sectors of construction but actively hiring for strong talent within the healthcare sector of construction. Specifically, looking to add a project manager with experience in hospitals and medical cinics, new construction and local to the Miami area.Job DescriptionLead all phases of healthcare construction projects, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and risk mitigation efforts.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, building codes, AHCA requirements, and life safety regulations.Oversee project teams in office and on site.Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor performance.Conduct project meetings and provide regular reporting to executive leadership and clients.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
