Job Description

  • Manage high-end retail and interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and design teams
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure execution aligns with design intent
  • Lead procurement of specialty finishes, millwork, and custom materials
  • Maintain strict quality control to meet luxury brand standards
  • Run project meetings and drive communication across all stakeholders
  • Navigate NYC construction filings, permits, and logistical challenges

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-15+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong background in high-end retail, luxury interiors, or flagship builds
  • Proven ability to manage projects with complex finishes and millwork
  • Comfortable in a highly client-facing, design-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate in fast-paced settings
  • Strong understanding of NYC construction processes and expectations
