Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Prepare regular project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project review sessions.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best project management practices.
  • Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
