They design and build high-efficiency heating solutions for commercial and residential applications across North America.Job DescriptionIn this role you will report directly to the Engineering Director and be responsible for:Managing new product development projects through the stage-gate process and delivering projects on time and within budget.Aligning project objectives, timelines, and deliverables with Product Marketing and other key stakeholders.Leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, laboratory technicians, and technical professionals.Developing detailed project plans, critical path schedules, milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation strategies.Identifying project risks, conflicts, and potential roadblocks while implementing mitigation and contingency plans.Escalating critical issues to leadership and facilitating effective resolution of project challenges.Coordinating internal and external resources to achieve project goals and business objectives.Securing organizational support and managing project resources through functional leaders.Communicating project status, risks, and progress through regular reviews, updates, and management reports.Monitoring stage-gate milestones and ensuring adherence to project governance requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
