The organisation is committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality engineered solutions to the marketplace.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage new product development projects through a structured stage-gate process.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, laboratory personnel, and other stakeholders.Partner closely with Product Marketing to align project deliverables with market requirements and business objectives.Identify project risks, conflicts, and obstacles, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project success.Provide regular project updates, reviews, and stage-gate status reports to leadership.Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate critical issues when necessary.Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule targets.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
