Job Description

The Project Manager will report directly into the Manager of Projects and be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • Coordinate logistics, expediting, documentation, and project reporting.
  • Review contracts and technical specifications to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage project budgets and support change order processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
  • Monitor supplier performance related to quality, scope, delivery, and cost.
  • Mentor junior project management personnel and support departmental initiatives.
  • Assist with warranty resolution and continuous process improvement efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5-7 years of project management and/or engineering experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, power generation, petrochemical, or related environments.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Experience working with technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor experience preferred.
  • Exposure to international customers and suppliers is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
