The Raleigh office is currently in a major growth phase, combining the autonomy and visibility of a smaller office with the resources, stability, and project opportunities of a top-ranked national contractor.Job DescriptionLead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnoverManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reportingCoordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsOversee procurement, buyout, and subcontractor management activitiesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMaintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule or budgetSupport project forecasting, risk management, and reporting effortsMentor and assist junior project management staff as neededEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
