Job Description

  • Manage ground-up luxury residential projects from planning through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and ownership teams
  • Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
  • Lead project reporting, problem resolution, and client communications throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing ground-up custom homes valued at $10M+
  • Strong tenure with reputable luxury residential builders
  • Experience delivering high-end residential projects from start to finish
  • Local Palm Beach County experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
