Job Description

  • Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
  • Travel periodically to project sites to oversee progress and resolve issues
  • Utilise Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and reporting
  • Support estimating, procurement, and project planning as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Retail Construction should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Background in luxury retail, high-end interiors, or premium commercial projects
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout project lifecycles
