Job Description

  • Manage an 8-story, 110-unit ground-up multifamily construction project
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, clients, and field operations teams
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permitting, and project documentation
  • Utilize project management software to track progress, reporting, and project performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily Construction should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost management skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction platforms
