Please apply within 48 hours for immediate consideration.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for:National Travel - data center projectsTypical schedule: 10 hour days/6 day a week job - every other weekend off.Serving as primary point of contact for all project stakeholders (Owner, Architect, Subs, Consultants)Managing full project lifecycle including budget, schedule, risk, resources, and safetySupporting proposal, preconstruction, and business development efforts (interviews, networking, marketing)Coordinating estimating, procurement, and buyout processes with internal teamsProviding constructability reviews and maintaining alignment between design, cost, and executionLeading project meetings (OAC, subcontractor), including agenda, minutes, and follow-upCoordinating closely with field teams to align on project goals, schedule, and budgetManaging project financials, including cost reporting, forecasting, requisitions, invoicing, and cash flowLeading change management, including pricing, negotiation, and resolution of disputesOverseeing project controls, including RFIs, submittals, and material delivery trackingMaintaining subcontractor relationships and ensuring contract and insurance complianceManaging schedule updates in coordination with project scheduler and field leadershipDriving project closeout, including punch list, documentation, and final turnoverConducting site walks, reviewing field reports, and resolving quality and performance issuesSupporting safety efforts through regular site observations and coordination with safety staffLeading, mentoring, and developing project team members while managing staffing needsIdentifying and driving project profitability opportunities, including self-perform workMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
