We're partnering with a well-established commercial builder to identify an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Project Manager for a landmark hospitality project in Charlotte. This individual will play a key role in driving project execution, managing client-facing communication, and navigating the challenges of a complex adaptive reuse development.

Job Description

  • Lead project management efforts from construction through project completion
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Collaborate closely with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Help drive schedule performance and overall project execution
  • Manage communication across field and office teams
  • Assist in resolving challenges associated with historic renovation and adaptive reuse construction
  • Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as an APM, PM, or SPM within commercial construction
  • Strong hospitality project experience is required
  • Experience delivering luxury, boutique, upscale, or destination hotel projects preferred
  • Proven success managing RFIs, change orders, budgets, and project coordination
  • Experience with adaptive reuse, historic renovation, or complex redevelopment projects is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, ownership groups, and project teams
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus

Compensation

  • Assistant Project Manager: $85,000-$100,000+
  • Project Manager: $110,000-$140,000
  • Senior Project Manager: Up to $170,000
  • Project completion bonus available at the PM level and above
