Job Description

  • Manage commercial ground-up projects from award through completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and design teams
  • Lead procurement, contract administration, and change management
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Orlando Commercial Ground-Up should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven commercial ground-up construction experience
  • Strong understanding of project financials and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Stable tenure with a track record of successful project delivery
