Project Manager - Owner's Representative (MEP)

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all work adheres to local codes, regulations, and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
