Project Manager - Owner's Representative

• Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Resolve project-related issues and address challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
