Project Manager - Owner's Representative

• Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to address project needs.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly.
