An established South Florida general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead a new ground-up multifamily development in Pompano Beach. This individual will oversee the project from budgeting and preconstruction through completion while serving as the primary operational leader on-site.

Job Description

  • Lead all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control activities
  • Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Oversee field operations alongside Superintendents and support staff to maintain project objectives
  • Drive project performance related to schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Pompano Beach Multifamily should have:

  • Proven Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
  • Background delivering projects valued at $30M+
  • Experience on mid-rise residential projects up to 12 stories preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
