Job Description

  • Manage retail construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Coordinate budgets, schedules, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery objectives
  • Collaborate with estimating, development, and field teams
  • Maintain client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships throughout projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong retail project experience required
  • Background with reputable general contractors or developers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
