An established general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a ground-up medical teaching facility in South Dade. This individual will oversee the project from civil sitework through completion, managing all operational, financial, and scheduling aspects of delivery.

Job Description

  • Lead all project management functions from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and cost controls
  • Coordinate owners, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Oversee ground-up construction including civil, structural, and interior phases
  • Ensure project goals for safety, quality, schedule, and profitability are achieved

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience delivering ground-up projects valued at $60M-$70M or greater
  • Background in healthcare, education, or institutional construction projects
  • Working knowledge of tilt-wall construction methods
  • Local South Florida experience with strong stakeholder management skills
