An established construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale retail development in West Palm Beach. The successful candidate will manage core and shell construction from preconstruction through completion while working closely with senior leadership and field operations teams.

Job Description

  • Lead project management activities for a multi-building retail development totaling approximately 260,000 SF
  • Manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project reporting
  • Oversee core and shell construction including foundations, structure, and exterior building components
  • Coordinate with owners, consultants, field teams, and trade partners to achieve project objectives
  • Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and financial outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
  • Strong background in commercial construction, multifamily experience also valued
  • Experience managing concrete, foundation, and core and shell construction projects
  • Local Florida construction experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
