Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Document project milestones and ensure all deliverables are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10 yeard of project management experience
  • Site work and core and shell automation warehouse experience
  • Experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
