Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
