You will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality, and customer teams to ensure successful project execution.Manage the complete lifecycle of power transformer projects from handover through contract close-out.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, utility companies, and key stakeholders.Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.Monitor project financial performance, cost controls, and contractual obligations.Lead Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, commissioning activities, and project handover processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and international industry standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
