Project Manager

• Own the full subcontractor and vendor buyout process, including scope review, leveling, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Develop, manage, and drive the project schedule, ensuring milestones and overall completion dates are achieved.
• Take ownership of project scope, identifying gaps, conflicts, and risk across drawings, specifications, and subcontractor agreements.
• Manage project budgets, commitments, forecasting, changes, and cost control.
• Lead procurement and manage long-lead materials and equipment.
• Coordinate closely with the Superintendent, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owner throughout construction.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Review plans and specifications and proactively identify constructability and coordination issues.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Support successful project turnover and closeout while maintaining strong client relationships.
