Their diverse portfolio includes higher education, healthcare, mixed-use, and other commercial projects, typically ranging from $30M to $50M+, and they are known for a collaborative culture, strong project teams, and a commitment to quality.Job DescriptionOwn the full subcontractor and vendor buyout process, including scope review, leveling, negotiations, and contract execution.Develop, manage, and drive the project schedule, ensuring milestones and overall completion dates are achieved.Take ownership of project scope, identifying gaps, conflicts, and risk across drawings, specifications, and subcontractor agreements.Manage project budgets, commitments, forecasting, changes, and cost control.Lead procurement and manage long-lead materials and equipment.Coordinate closely with the Superintendent, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owner throughout construction.Lead project meetings and maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.Review plans and specifications and proactively identify constructability and coordination issues.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.Support successful project turnover and closeout while maintaining strong client relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. They will be a strong operator who understands that successful project delivery starts with a complete buyout, disciplined scheduling, and clearly defined scope, and who is comfortable taking ownership from preconstruction handoff through closeout.Experience with healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, or other complex commercial projects is highly desirable.
