Job Description

As the Estimator / Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and play a key role in both preconstruction and project execution, ensuring successful delivery from bid through closeout.

  • Lead the full estimating process including quantity take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, and bid preparation
  • Develop accurate project budgets, cost plans, and value engineering opportunities
  • Transition awarded projects into execution, managing all phases of construction delivery
  • Oversee project schedules, subcontractor performance, and cost control to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
  • Manage contracts, change orders, RFI processes, and project documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive collaboration between field teams and office staff to ensure seamless project delivery

The Successful Applicant

For the Estimator / Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience in a Estimator / Project Manager or similar role within commercial construction
  • Strong preconstruction expertise, including cost estimating, bidding, and subcontractor management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects through full lifecycle delivery
  • Experience with commercial builds such as office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use projects
  • Proficiency with industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
