This Lead Superintendent will manage ground-up K-12 construction projects across mostly southern Georgia. The role offers immediate project responsibility with consistent follow-up work. Per-diem package with housing is offered for projects not commutable distance from home.

Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day site operations on $20M+ ground-up projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Oversee safety, quality control, and inspections
  • Coordinate with project management and ownership teams
  • Drive milestones from mobilization through closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in large ($20M+) Education projects is helpful
  • Experience with heavy concrete / big block projects is required
  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
  • Knowledge of scheduling and cost principles
  • Basic knowledge of project management software
  • A mature professional with excellent judgment.
  • A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail
