This Superintendent role leads on‑site delivery of a large K-12 education project beginning in June. You will have full responsibility for site execution while partnering closely with a Project Manager and senior field leadership.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations for a complex K-12 project
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and site logistics
  • Coordinate manpower, inspections, and milestone completions
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners and design teams
  • Ensure quality, productivity, and site control from start to finish

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 7-12 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Experience on K-12, higher education, or similar institutional work
  • Strong leadership and ability to run active jobsites
  • Established subcontractor and trade relationships
  • Willing to travel locally across Ohio as projects require
