Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of an ultra-luxury rental high-rise in Manhattan.
  • Oversee property maintenance to ensure facilities meet luxury standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and state property regulations.
  • Handle tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
  • Implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records related to property operations and tenant interactions.
