Job Description

  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of proposals for the construction department.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal content.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines for all submissions.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates and related documentation.
  • Track and manage proposal timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify proposal requirements and expectations.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to proposal development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in proposal coordination.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Proposal Coordinator should have:
