Proposal Manager / Estimator - Fully Remote - Federal Projects

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for federal construction projects.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with federal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary project information and data.
• Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends and competitive benchmarks.
• Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare and present cost analysis and proposal documents to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to federal regulations and guidelines throughout the proposal process.
