Serving leading brands across the food and beverage industry, the company fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture where continuous improvement, food safety, and employee development are top priorities.Job DescriptionLead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions within the facility.Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, policies, procedures, and food safety programs.Manage and develop the QA/QC team, including coaching, performance management, and training.Monitor quality metrics and KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Investigate and resolve customer, supplier, and internal quality concerns.Oversee complaint management processes and ensure timely resolution.Conduct and support internal and external audits, inspections, and certification activities.Ensure compliance with FDA, FSMA, HACCP, GFSI, GMP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, R&D, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.Support supplier quality programs, raw material evaluations, and product specification management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
