Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction projects.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities.
  • Train and guide team members on quality standards and practices.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during quality control processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quality assurance matters.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QC Manager should have:

  • Experience with quality control in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • 8+ years of construction experience within commercial or federal projects.
  • Current USACE CQC Certification with 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager.
  • Previous experience serving as a CQC Inspector on Federal Government projects.
  • Strong knowledge of federal quality standards, inspections, and compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and documentation skills.
