Job Description

  • Manage on-site operations for restaurant, retail, and interior fit-out projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Oversee tenant improvements and occasional white-box construction projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget expectations

The Successful Applicant

A successful QSR/Retail Superintendent should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience
  • Background in restaurant, retail, or interior fit-out construction
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • QSR or multi-site rollout experience preferred
