The organization is well‑funded, growing rapidly, and operating at the intersection of advanced hardware, software, and infrastructure.Job DescriptionIn this role you will report directly into Senior Leadership and will be responsible for:Establishing and implementing the organization's nuclear quality assurance program aligned with NRC requirements and applicable quality standardsDeveloping QA policies, procedures, manuals, and governance frameworks to support engineering, procurement, and future operationsEnsuring alignment with standards such as 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, and other applicable regulatory and customer requirementsImplementing a graded approach to quality assurance based on safety significance and program maturityEstablishing QA controls for engineering design, including verification, independent review, calculation control, software QA, and technical recordsDeveloping procurement and supplier quality programs, including supplier qualification, audits, surveillance, and commercial grade dedicationBuilding the quality framework for future manufacturing operations, including inspection, testing, traceability, non-conformance, and corrective action processesDeveloping foundational QA programs for future fuel production, including material control, testing, and regulatory complianceEstablishing audit, corrective action, and compliance programs while leading investigations and root cause analysis activitiesBuilding and leading the QA organization, including defining roles, recruiting staff, and fostering a strong quality culture across the companyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
