Job Description

  • Develop and execute inspection plans and perform gage R&R studies
  • Lead APQP activities including PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP documentation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality specifications
  • Implement and improve quality systems, processes, and methodologies
  • Coordinate statistical process control (SPC) and analyze process performance
  • Support daily operation and improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Collaborate with engineering and production to introduce new methods and systems
  • Train team members on quality tools, processes, and inspection techniques

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years in quality or manufacturing
  • Experience with ISO9001, AS9100, and quality systems frameworks
  • Knowledge of machining processes, inspection methods, and GD&T
  • Experience with SPC, MSA, PPAP, and root cause analysis (8D)
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in manufacturing quality
