Backed by a stable foundation and a long-term vision, the organization continues to invest in its people, processes, and technology to drive future growth.Job DescriptionLead and coordinate daily inspection activities across multiple manufacturing areas.Ensure first article, in-process, and final inspections are completed accurately and on schedule.Manage the identification, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming materials.Provide technical guidance and support to quality inspectors and internal stakeholders.Partner with production and assembly leadership to resolve workflow and quality challenges.Support new product and component inspection planning, including measurement strategies and tooling requirements.Monitor departmental metrics and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support broader quality-related projects.Develop, mentor, and evaluate members of the inspection team.Assist leadership with workforce planning, performance management, and team development.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
