They offer a collaborative environment where experienced professionals can make an impact, develop their careers, and help continuously improve the business.Job DescriptionLead and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System and quality programs.Manage quality inspection teams, quality engineers, and document control activities.Maintain compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards.Review certifications, shipping documentation, inspection records, and quality documentation.Lead internal audits and coordinate support for customer and certification audits.Manage calibration programs for inspection and measurement equipment.Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives.Monitor supplier quality and evaluate the performance of incoming materials.Analyze quality metrics and performance data and communicate findings to executive leadership.Partner with production, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.Establish and integrate quality benchmarks throughout manufacturing and production processes.Train and mentor employees on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and documentation requirements.Promote a strong, company-wide culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
