Known for its commitment to structural innovation, the organization has earned industry recognition and awards for its cutting-edge packaging designs.Job DescriptionSupervise and develop QA personnel across two facilities, right next door to eachother.Schedule QA coverage based on production needs, customer requirements, workload, and risk.Coordinate incoming, setup, in-process, final, and fulfillment inspections.Ensure inspections meet approved procedures, specifications, samples, standards, and customer requirements.Monitor production and fulfillment quality, inspection results, and product release.Coordinate containment, investigation, sorting, and disposition of nonconforming product.Initiate and support nonconformance, CAPA, and customer complaint investigations.Maintain compliance with the ISO 9001 QMS, procedures, work instructions, and document controls.Ensure accurate use of QT9 for inspections, quality records, CAPA, training, and related activities.Identify quality risks, process gaps, and opportunities for corrective and continuous improvement.Train and qualify QA personnel and support quality training across Operations and fulfillment.Communicate quality risks, holds, priorities, staffing needs, and significant issues to leadership.Support audits, Gemba walks, 7S activities, production meetings, and management reviews.Ensure compliance with safety, security, material control, line clearance, and product-security requirements.Oversee fulfillment and shipment quality, including component control, labeling, quantities, assembly, palletization, and transfers between facilities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
